Before using our services, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions carefully. At the moment that you complete your booking with Odysseus, you accept these Terms and any other terms that you're provided with during the booking process.

1. Use of Our Services

Our travel agency provides travel-related services, including but not limited to booking flights, hotels, and tours ("routes"). You may use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of our platform, you will need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Bookings and Payments

When you make a booking through Odysseus, you agree to pay all charges associated with your reservation. Prices are subject to change and may vary based on availability. Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment providers.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider and type of booking. We recommend carefully reviewing the specific cancellation policy for each booking before confirming. Cancellations may be subject to fees according to the provider's terms.

5. User Content

By sharing content on Odysseus (photos, reviews, travel routes), you grant Odysseus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Rewards System

Odysseus may offer rewards for trips you inspire to other users. Rewards are subject to availability and at our discretion. Specific details of each reward will be communicated in the app. Rewards cannot be sold, encumbered, or transferred to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Odysseus, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Odysseus App, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Odysseus and odysseus-app.com are registered trademarks of Odysseus App, LLC.

8. Limitation of Liability

Odysseus acts as an intermediary between users and travel service providers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. International Transactions

For international transactions, some banks and credit cards impose fees. If you are making a booking from outside of the United States on a US credit card, your bank may convert the payment amount to your local currency and charge a conversion fee.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
