Promotions and travel credit terms

These terms govern Odysseus promotions that grant travel credit (for example, the TRIP50 or HALLOWEEN100 campaigns). By obtaining or using travel credit you accept these terms, as well as the Odysseus Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Organizer

Promotions are organized by Odysseus App, S.L. (tax ID B-56312507), registered at C/ Llull, 321, 08017 Barcelona (Spain). Contact: hello@odysseus-app.com.

2. What travel credit is

Travel credit is a promotional balance with no monetary value, shown in the Wallet of your Odysseus account. It is not money, it cannot be withdrawn and it does not earn interest.

3. Eligibility

Anyone aged 18 or over with an Odysseus account can take part, whether the account is new or existing. Each promotion can be redeemed only once per person and account. Odysseus may cap the total number of redemptions of each promotion; once the cap is reached, the promotion is no longer available.

4. How to get it

Credit is activated through the official link of each promotion (odysseus-app.com/promo/CODE), through an Odysseus notification, or through the specific action stated in the promotion. Each promotion page shows its amount, validity and, where applicable, the number of redemptions available.

5. Validity

Travel credit expires within the period stated in each promotion, counted from activation (for example, 30 or 90 days). The expiry date is shown in your Wallet. Credit not used within that period is lost and is not extended.

6. Using the credit

Travel credit can be applied when paying for hotel and flight bookings on Odysseus (app and web) where checkout shows it as applicable. The maximum amount that can be applied to each booking is limited and depends on the service, destination and dates; it is always shown before you pay. Credit not used on a booking remains available for other bookings while it is valid. Travel credit can be combined with Odysseus credit earned in other ways, within the same per-booking limit.

7. Restrictions

Travel credit cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, transferred to other people or accounts, sold or refunded, in whole or in part. It cannot be combined with other offers where those offers say so.

8. Cancellations and incomplete payments

If a booking paid partly with travel credit is cancelled, or the payment is not completed, the credit used returns to your Wallet as long as it is still valid. Its value is never refunded in cash. Refunds of the amount paid follow each booking's cancellation policy.

9. Misuse

Odysseus may cancel travel credit, the bookings made with it or the account concerned in cases of fraud or misuse, such as creating multiple accounts, using automated means or tampering with the redemption process.

10. Changes and termination

Odysseus may modify, suspend or end a promotion for justified reasons, announcing it on its channels. Travel credit already activated keeps the conditions in force when it was activated.

11. Personal data

The data needed to manage the promotion is processed in accordance with the Odysseus Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. For any question or complaint, write to us at hello@odysseus-app.com.
