The first part of the building where the hotel and the restaurant are located was established about 200 years ago in the architectural tradition of Cappadocia, and was enlarged in the 1950s in order to meet the requirements of families residing in the building. The hotel rooms, built with volcanic limestone, come in a traditional style known as kemer and vaulted ceiling.
